Inventory Pars are used to keep track of how many bottles you want on hand in your bar. If you ran out of something the previous week then you may want to increase your par by a bottle or more, depending on how fast you ran out and the volume of your program.
New listings added to your Order Guide will default to a par level of zero. In order to change your pars (or delete listings), simply select the
Modify Guide button. [1] This will reveal a delete button and produce arrows to modify your Pars. [2]
Next to Par, you will notice a
Stock amount, this is where you take inventory of all product levels currently in the bar. [3]
If you have two bottles on hand, one of which is open but mostly full, you should count that product listing as
two bottles in stock. If you have two bottles on hand, one of which is mostly empty, then you should count that product listing as
one bottle in stock.
Each time you count a product stock level, BottleHound will automatically modify the total bottles added to your
Order field [4]. Alternately, you can simply use the Order fields to select products and skip taking a full inventory. Using the Order field manually will not change your Par or Stock counts. After sending an order, all Stock fields return to zero.
Pars can also be hidden in the order guide
Listing Details by using Filters.
