My order failed to send. How do I change contact info?

If your order failed to send and triggered a delivery failed prompt that moved the order to your outbox at the top of Past Orders after selecting OK, this means your email address or fax number is incorrect. [1]

Go into your profile, select edit at the top of the view, [2] and then edit again beside the listing you would like to change. [3]
